What we look for, and what you can expect from us.

Every part we sell comes from a supplier we trust to deliver the right part with the right paperwork. If you make or stock mil-spec and aerospace parts, we would like to hear from you.

What we look for

• Makers and distributors of mil-spec connectors, pins, wire, backshells, heat shrink, relays, breakers and tools
• Parts that can be traced back to the company that made them
• A certificate of conformance and batch records shipped with every order
• Honest lead times, and a heads-up when one changes

What you can expect from us

• Clear purchase orders with the part number, quantity, price and paperwork spelled out
• Fast answers when you have a question about an order
• Payment on the terms we agree, on time

The full terms are on the purchase order terms page and apply to every PO we issue. In plain words:

1. Confirm the order.
   Reply with the part number, maker, quantity, price and ship date, and flag anything that differs.
2. Genuine parts only.
   From the maker or its authorized channel, unless we agree otherwise in writing first. Never counterfeit or used parts sold as new.
3. Paperwork travels with the parts.
   A certificate of conformance naming the maker and part number, the lot or date code, and the country of origin.
4. Tell us early.
   About delays, changes to the part or its source, and any defect you discover.
5. Keep lots separate.
   Original packaging, intact, with different lots labeled so they cannot get mixed.
6. Keep it confidential.
   Drawings, pricing and customer details on our orders are used only to fill that order.
